- Clamping system adopt double tie bar hydraulic two-way synchronous fixed clamping structure,good rigidity, uniform stress of the mould, bigger clamping force. More mould installation space, mould changing easily.
- Die head adopt first in and first out concept, the thickness of the parison is uniform, the mechanical property of article is better. In the same time, changing color and material is much faster, avoid the material waste.
- Adopt intensification hydraulic cylinder, ensure the clamping force but save more power
- Adopt 25:1 mixing head screw to ensure the plasticizing effect and reduce consumption
- servo motor is optional, 40% less than traditional machine consumption
- Auto de-flashing device to achieve automatic producing(option)
