Working Principle
The extruder is developed with advanced technology and is mainly used for dewatering and drying waste plastic films such as high and low pressure polyethylene film, polypropylene film and polyvinyl chloride film (PP/PE/LDPE/HDPE/PVC). It can be continuously added and discharged with fast rotating speed and good dehydration effect.

This control system is designed and manufactured for the extruder. The whole system has the following characteristics:

1. This system USES THE STMATIC S7-200 programmable logic controller (PLC) produced by SIEMENS company for the combined logic control of the whole system;

2. The main low-voltage electrical components in the system adopt Siemens products to ensure reliable and efficient operation of the system.

3. The system has a variety of safety interlocking protection functions, which can effectively eliminate the adverse consequences caused by wrong actions.

4. The system has good scalability, and further services can be provided according to user requirements
