Features of PVC Hot Cutting Pellet Making Process
Due to the low viscocity of PVC resin when molten which is not fit for cold cutting, and it will easily broken when making the strande from die, but insteadly hot cutting process will solve this problem, the final shape of pellet produced is generally cylindrical or waist drum. Meantime, the whole equipment structure is simple, power consumption is low, tool wear is small, and pellet produced do not need to be dried. Its disadvantage is that there may be adhesion between granules, and the melt flow rate should not be too fast, so the production output is relatively low.

 

 

 

The Application for Plastic PVC Pellet From Plastic Waste
1. PVC general soft products
The use of extruder can be extruded into hose, cable, wire, etc.; injection molding machine with a variety of molds, can be made into plastic sandals, soles, slippers, toys, car accessories, etc.

2. PVC transparent sheet
PVC with impact modifier and organotin stabilizer is mixed, plasticized and calendered to become transparent sheet. It can be made into thin-walled transparent container or used in vacuum blister packaging by thermoforming, which is an excellent packaging and decoration material.

3, PVC foam products
When the soft PVC is mixed, a suitable amount of foaming agent is added into the sheet to form foam plastic, which can be used as foam slippers, sandals, insoles, and shockproof cushioning packaging materials. It can also be used as low foaming rigid PVC board and profile based on extruder, which can replace wood for trial use. It is a new type of building material.

4. PVC transparent material
After PVC and additives are mixed and plasticized, transparent or colored film with specified thickness is made by three or four roll calender, and the film is processed by this method to become calendered film. Can also be cut, heat processing packaging bags, raincoats, tablecloths, curtains, inflatable toys, etc. The wide transparent film can be used for greenhouse, plastic greenhouse and plastic film. Biaxially stretched film can be used for shrink packaging due to its heat shrinkable property.

5. PVC coated products
Synthetic leather with a substrate is made by applying PVC on cloth or paper, and then plasticizing it above 100 ºC. PVC and additives can also be rolled into a film, and then pressed with the substrate. The artificial leather without substrate is directly rolled into a certain thickness of soft sheet by calender, and then pressed with patterns. Artificial leather can be used to make leather cases, bags, book covers, sofas and car cushions, and floor leather can be used as floor covering materials for buildings.

6. PVC hard board and plate
After mixing PVC with stabilizer, lubricant and filler, hard pipe, special-shaped pipe and corrugated pipe of various caliber can be extruded by extruder, which can be used as downpipe, drinking water pipe, wire sleeve or stair handrail. The hard plate with various thickness can be made by overlapping hot pressing the rolled sheet. The plate can be cut into the required shape, and then welded into various chemical resistant storage tanks, air ducts and containers by using PVC electrode with hot air.

7. Other PVC doors and windows are assembled with hard shaped materials. In some countries, it has occupied the market of doors and windows together with wooden doors, windows and aluminum windows; imitation wood materials, steel building materials; hollow containers
